Hello,

I sometimes get this random restarts on my PC its not frequent I only get this 2 days a week or 1 day a week and then today I got it after playing a game (R6siege). I only use AVR and a extension wire, I always get the same report in the event viewer which is (KERNEL-POWER EVENT ID 41 (63), my monitor suddenly turns off but my other components like CPU, GPU still runs on the background, the temp of my CPU is only around 40 Degree while my GPU is 36 degree never been overclock or anything. I don't know whats the problem any help will be appreciated.

my specs are:

Asrock 880GM-le
Phenom ii x6 1055t
Galax 1050ti 4gb
seasonic m12 620w +80
8gb ram
4 harddrives (2 WD blue, 1 Seagate)

Hello again its been 6 days now I got the Random restart again :( for 5 days the problem was gone using your suggestion then today i got it Kernel-Power 41

Can you tell me more about your machine.
1. How old are your 4 harddrives?
2. What operating system are you using?
3. Can you identify your RAM?
4. What is the "AVR" you are referring to in your original post? "I only use AVR and an extension wire"

Hmm actually I only have 3 Hard drives as of now
One is WD Blue 160gb it has 98% performance and 100% health in HDD sentinel
But it got a description of:
Problems occurred between the communication of the disk and the host 6053 times.
In case of sudden system crash, reboot, blue-screen-of-death, inaccessible file(s)/folder(s), it is recommended to verify data and power cables, connections - and if possible try different cables to prevent further problems.
Two is WD Blue 1TB it is new 3 days, 11 hrs power on time
Three is Seagate 1TB 288 days, 19 hrs power on time

Operating system is
Windows 10 Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.371)

Ram is 4x2GB 1333mhz

AVR im using is this:
https://www.lazada.com.ph/products/eco-power-avr-220v110v-i100499858-s100587365.html
it is a cheap one 5$+ ithnk
My monitor's powercord and PSUs power cord are all connected to this AVR

And the wire of the AVR is connected to my Extension wire/cord and the wire of my extension wire/cord is plugged in on my Wall outlet

I think trying to run Windows 10 is the root of all your problems. If you look on the ASRock 880GM-LE motherboards driver download page, it was first released 8 years ago and does not support Windows 10. It does not even support Windows 8. You should go back to running Windows 7 and these random crashes should stop.

Ok, I will try that as soon as I can get windows 7 but I'm planning to upgrade my System soon with AM4 mother board pairing with ryzen 5, but for now I'll mark the solution on the Youtube video link you provided since alot of the comments there says it works :D thank you again
