pc makes 5 beeps and doesnt boot up

Few days ago i got a new gpu and i was about to install it, I connected everything and was about to boot it up, but when i tried to, it just made 5 beeps and i got no display.So i was confused and tried putting my old gpu back in and got the same thing.So i went and did some research and it says that 5 beeps means cpu failure and now i have no idea what to do.

my specs:

cpu i3 2120
gpu amd radeon hd 5450 new gtx 1050ti
psu thermaltake litepower 550w
mobo asus p8b75-m
ram two 4gb sticks

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute). Then test with the old card.

If starting the board with no RAMs, what beeps getting?

1 long, 2 short is ok.
Now insert single RAM and test again, graphics card removed. See if any signal on monitor.

Please tell the beeps as long-short-long etc. These are BIOS error messages and is probably showing you what's wrong.
