What is the best psu for my build?

My build: Amd fx-8350
Vga: Asus Radeon r9 290 directcu ii oc
8gb ddr3 ram

What psu would be best for this build? What is the cheepest but enough quality for this build?

750W is a bit overkill. Unless you're going to be doing a huge upgrade or going SLI, you're not going to need anything over 650W. Your PC probably, under max load, uses about 550W. You could go cheap, bronze rated and not modular:
