im about to buy one of those
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16
OR
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3000MHz CL15 Kit

the price between their is 1$ diffrence so its not about the money..
i belive both of the sets will fit on my ASUS B350 Plus motherboard right?
which one should i get? CL lower is better and mhz higher is better.. (?)

Both kits are suitable for your motherboard. A formula for calculating RAM speed is dividing frequency by CAS latency, which in your case is:
3200:16=200
3000:15=200
OH BOY. It is the first time I see this. Ram performance should me the same. Go for the kit that you like the most!!!

Essentially exactly the same ram.
Will be the same nand flash used on both, just the 3200 will have been tested/ binned at the higher speed.

Ryzen does not run 3000mhz speeds because of limited bus speed integars.

It runs 2933 or 3200 with nothing in between.

In all honesty both those sets are more likely to run at maxx 2933mhz,you may aswell go for the 3200 for an extra $1 just on the offchance it may run full speed.

so if they both running on 2933 mhz then i should get the cl15 isnt it?

Yes - it is EXACTLY the same ram , for $1 extra you may as well just buy the 3200 as it 'may' be able to run at 3200mhz.

If it doesn't it will run 2933 cas 15 (maybe 14 with manual tinkering)

The latency is directly related to ram speed ,higher clock = higher latency timings , lower clock = lower latency timings.

oh wait u just said something that i didnt knew.. if the 3200mhz cl16 will work on 2933 mhz it will somehow changed from cl 16 to cl 15? i thought it will stay cl16 and thats why i should get the 3000mhz 15cl
