Hi

I had a Acer laptop which came with a preinstalled appliaction software called "My win locker "

That application creates a safe called yo safe where we can keep files and lock it using a password.

Now my laptop's mother board became dead .

So i am using my laptop's hard drive as an external drive in another PC .

Now how do i recover the files which was locked and hidden using my win locker .

All I can find is a small partition called System reserved with 100 mb space allocated but when I opened it shows empty . (attached pics)

So kindly help me to recover my files ?

Do you know the password you generated prior to the motherboard dying?
Make sure that you are displaying hidden files. Locate, probably in your documents, the file and copy to the internal drive. Install WinLocker on the internal drive and use the password.

Restore the file to a your internal hard drive, (and also a spare USB just in case something else goes wrong) and follow the suggestions in my earlier link. eg install WinLocker on your internal drive etc
