Computer not starting, none of the fans are spinning, but lights on mobo are working

I bought brand new components for computer and the problem is that nothing is working
I assume that the problem is in motherboard because nothing happens when i press the start button. Only the lights on mother board goes on when i connet power supply.

I have connected everything, even tried to start the computer using screwdriver to connect the power switch pins, tried switcing with my old working psu

Make sure that the standoffs are correctly positioned and case fans are connected to motherboard only.

Mobo: asus strix b250f gaming
Cpu: i7 8700
Gpu: Asus gtx 1050ti
Ssd: Wd blue 250gb
Ram: Baustix 2x8gb 2400GHz

I even tried taking out the mobo and then turning it on
