AMD only DDR3 1600MHz RAM ?

So, I have a DDR3 Rig, and I have 4 GB of DDR3 1600 MHz RAM.
My MB supports to 16 GB of DDR3 1600MHz RAM, I'm using an i3 4170.

So 4GB is not enough for me and I want to upgrade my RAM to 8 GB.

So I checked the prices and RAMS and I saw that AMD only DDR3 1600MHz rams are nearly /2 price of the normal DDR3 1600MHz rams.

So, If i bought it, will it make something bad?

So I dont think you can come into that link because its not ebay or amazon something, but in my country its a safest internet shopping site.

Its not second hand, so I'm going to buy it in 1-2 days. I hope it works.
