If I have a laptop that charges with 19v and 230w through the charger which is AC-DC, what kind of battery should I be looking for to have an extra 4-5 hours of battery life? If that even exists. I am pretty good with electronics when it comes to circuits, like for voltage, amperage, and resistance if I have to make a custom battery pack made of multiple batteries I could probably do it. I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction of which kind of battery I should be looking at. I don't know much about what I am looking for, but the one thing that I saw that was the right capacity for my needs and such was https://www.amazon.com/flite-70mAh-3-7V-LiPo-Battery/dp/B005LH2PPA
Though this is a much lower voltage.
Thank you in advance.

You'll need prior approval from an airline if your power bank is rated for more than 100 watt hours (i.e. 100.1 ~ 160 watt hours maximum) and you plan on taking it with you on your flight.

The battery is on the inside of the computer and not very easy to replace switch out, I found this on amazon https://www.amazon.com/BiXPower-Watt-hour-Capacity-External-Rechargeable/dp/B0087HW5YM, do you think that would work? It seems to work up to 19 volts, and it says that it gives 3+ hours of life.

For my understanding the product you linked i an adapter with built in battery. That you can connect to your Laptop as a charger and carry with instead of the original battery. Be aware, if the plug slips out, you loose power and may lose data, if you remove your original battery. That can be uncomfortable while on the way.

I mean to carry around this in addition to the original battery. So I can charge my laptop when the battery starts to get low.
