802.11ac for 5ghz wifi

Hello I am new to building a pc and was wondering how do I find out if the pc would be able to find WiFi that said 5gext. I know that it needs a 802.11ac but I don’t know if my motherboard supports that.
Mobo: Msi Z370 tomahawk

the adapter is the way to go. wireless upgrades much faster than wired and it's easy to replace a usb adapter. dual band 4x4 mu-mimo is the latest and greatest right now.
