The most silent PC case in search

Hey

I am REALLY sound neurotic, and I am looking for a new PC case that is really good sound proofed and build quality is in such heights that nothing rattles, squeeks or whatever unncessesary sounds there might be. I am air guy (water and electronics dont mix) so a NH-15 (or the S) must fit in to the case. I do not care about the price to some extend as long as it is not ridiculous. I am thinking 200 euros for just the case, and if the sound proofing materials are not part of that then so be it. Those will be extra then.

I am thinking Nanoxia Deep Silence 5 rev 2 which is at maximum size the case can be. DS6 is already too big.

As a background story, I have a Chieftec Dragoon DG-01 which is modded with pliers etc. and ripping parts out of it to fit custom sound proofing materials. The walls are padded with heavy bitum and sound proofing materials (as heavy as it allows) and is dead silent. Now I feel that as I am upgrading my computer to 8700K, I want to have modern case which I can either mod as the Dragoon or is already at high standards. I am not letting go of the fact that the downstairs fridge can make noise that I can hear upstairs, but my computer won't make a sound that I can hear 1-2 meter away.

Any recommendations on REALLY quiet cases are welcome.

EDIT: I have tried eg. Fractal Design's define cases as the store guy said that those are really silent cases. Well the case was back in the store in a heartbeat as the quality was far too bad for my tastes and the soundproofing was like paper. So I am looking a grade up from the common "this is silent" -advertisements that the sites may have.
