Is this a compatible graphics card for my motherboard and is this deal trustworthy?

I am looking for a new graphics card for my pc but am unsure if this is A:trustworthy or B:Compatible with my motherboard. Yep that's a fake. easily spotted by the fact it has a VGA port. A true GTX 1050 Ti would not have VGA support as they lack ramdacs. The rest of the specs are also wrong for a 1050Ti.

Would I not get more performance out of the one I found as it is 4gb?
