Compatibility issue with ryzen 3 2200g and b350m motherboard

It appears they are flagging the possible problem of the 2nd gen Ryzen chip not being recognized by the older motherboard w/o a BIOS update first. But if you/he is buying the CPU and board together from the same retailer and that retailer has a high turnover, chances are the board will have the latest BIOS already.

If not, AMD offers CPU-borrowing just for running into that kind of situation.
