Which of these two graphs is better?
I plan to buy one of these two graphics, and I'm not sure which one is better?

should be on the same level of performance, you can play lol or overwatch with a decent fps when paired with a decent processor, 1030 is a newer architecture, so it will support newer feature and more power efficient. You will also get more driver support for 1030.

I would say go for 1030,
