Howdy! I am currently trying to get a rough estimate on what sort of parts I will be needing to upgrade to be able to have a dedicated Streaming PC.

I currently stream:
PUBG, Fortnite, CS:GO, Rocket League, BioShock.
And any game that pretty much comes up.

Here is my current Streaming PC setup.

Operating System
Windows 10 Pro N 64-bit
CPU
AMD A6-3650 22 °C
Llano 32nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard
PEGATRON CORPORATION 2ACF (P0) 37 °C
Graphics
S200HQL (1600x900@60Hz)
767MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 (EVGA) 33 °C
Storage
931GB Hitachi HDS721010CLA630 (SATA) 31 °C
Optical Drives
TSSTcorpCD/DVDW TS-H653L
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

I am going to be using the Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro as my Capture Card in mind.

And here is my Gaming PC setup: (just in case you are wondering)

Operating System
Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 6700K @ 4.00GHz 26 °C
Skylake 14nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Single-Channel Unknown @ 1333MHz (15-15-15-35)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Z170-A (LGA1151) 28 °C
Graphics
GN246HL (1920x1080@144Hz)
GN246HL (1920x1080@60Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (EVGA) 47 °C
Storage
1863GB Seagate ST2000DM001-1ER164 (SATA) 30 °C
447GB SanDisk Ultra II 480GB (SSD) 29 °C
Optical Drives
hp DVD A DH16ACSHR
Audio
Logitech G430 Gaming Headset

So, I am wondering. What will I need to upgrade to make the output of the stream look decent for the games I would like to stream?

Man there's no point in going for a dedicated streaming pc, becuse that card can record and encode pc at the same time. Connect gpu of the main pc to the elgato hdmi in and the out from elgato in hdmi in from monitor. Good luck!

I was told a streaming pc would take the strain on encoding off my gaming rig. So I can play games with no lagg and have decent graphics. While the stream would look good as well.

Okay then if you want to use obs you will need to use the pc because the guys from elgato haven't released the api to let obs use the elgato hardware chip. Best thing to upgrade is the cpu and ram and mobo associated. I recommend a ryzen 7 because from what I've understood it outperforms the i7 in streaming, more core and threads.

Sorry about the confusion. I might need a new Case also. This one might not be big enough for a mobo upgrade. The name of what I have right now is called the hp pavilion 500-223w. I want to say my budget right now is 500-600 dollars.

Thank you in advance for your time.
