how to install graphics driver on windows 10?

I updated my laptop to windows 10 version 1709, since then I'm having trouble with my graphics drivers. I tried to install the graphics driver and installation gets completed but when I click on AMD Radeon settings it doesn't open instead it says "no AMD driver is installed or the AMD driver is not functioning properly" I have AMD r5 graphics with AMD hd8500m graphics.in recent windows update I noticed that AMD WDDM 1.0, 1.3, 2.0 driver adapters for AMD Radeon r5 were installed but for AMD hd8500m it wasn't installed. if anyone knows the solution please reply.

I would download and install the graphics driver from the AMD website.

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Download the driver, then unzip it, and follow the instructions. If it doesn't run automatically, open the driver file and look for a setup file.

If you update the driver within the Device Manager/Display Adapter, you will likely update with the windows version on the driver. That isn't what you want. Those drivers do not support all of the features of the graphics card.

Also Windows occasionally updates the device drivers. My audio and graphics drivers have been updated. It is usually pretty evident when this happens on my system. Either my audio stops working or one of my monitors stops working. So, I have to update the driver once again, and then it works again.
