My Fans wont turn off?

I'm sure that is controlled by the card's BIOS, unless you've flashed it to another version, it should be the same as it was. I see in the support section there is 1 BIOS update and it does say they have modified the fan duty. If the card is working fine (except for the fan issue) I'd keep away from BIOS updates, if something goes wrong your card is dead.
