When windows restarts during the installation the bois comes up instead of windows

I just built my computer and I am trying to install windows on it, but when it comes to the step where it resets, it goes to my bois instead of continuing the windows installation.

I tried multiple times, and each time it takes up space on my m.2, I "deleted" the drive space in the windows installation and I still have this problem.

If someone has a fix to this please let me now, thanks!

Solution
I fixed. It downloaded windows fine, but it didn't boot, so I double checked the boot drive and I saw a new drive called "windows manager thing" I booted from that drive once and it didn't do anything and the second time it started a different windows installation where it asked me for my network. I think it's working now

When you install windows, have no other drive but the boot drive connected during the process.
If you do not, windows will place some hidden recovery partitions on the second drive.
That makes it impossible to ever run without that second drive connected.
Really, it would be best to remove the second drive and start over if this is what you have done.
