Use an iPhone 6s Plus board in a 6 chassis?

A friend has given me an iPhone six chassis which contains everything bar the logic board and lcd screen. I said to him sure I’ll take the project on could be fun. But if I want to get the most operating system updates I can I would need a six s plus board since the iPhone 5s git one more ios update than the iPhone 5. Therefor I am here today wondering if I could just buy a second hand iPhone 6 s board for the phone rather than a 6. Thanks in advance, all Help is appreciated.

I doubt it. Apple is always changing their layout every model. Phones are not PC's where if you have an ATX Case any kind of ATX mobo will work.
