tried
unstalling drivers
reinstall windows
tried clean boot wit only necesary drivers
unstalling realtek optical drivers
changed the device even another type 2 times and the issue is still there
that what i can think of so what i also did is watching netflix on this pc that is causing this and also on another pc and playstation 4 pro so that i can see if it the device is causing the issue or mine pc only the answer to this one is mine pc
the setting that i am using is
choosing realtek digital output as default
then properties
suported fomarts and choose dolby digital
48.0khz
this what i can think of doing if you need anything else to understand please ask me i will try to explain it better
