I am in the process of building my new pc and decided to go with a ryzen cpu. I bought my b350 motherboard and was about to buy my cpu when I saw that the Ryzen 2 series was available for preorder. So I decided to spend the extra $20 and purchased the Ryzen 5 2600. After I bought the cpu I found out that I would have to update my bios inoder for my pc to boot. I do not have another cpu that will fit the AM4 slot on my MoBo. Is there any way that I can use another pc to download the update onto a flash drive, or something like that? If not what can I do to get my system to boot? Thanks for the help!!

try borrow ryzen 1000 series from your friend and then u can update your BIOS,or ask the seller to update the BIOS 1st then u can use the new ryzen

The sales person should have told you to get a board with the sticker "AMD Ryzen 2000 Ready." Yikes.
