So my Motherboard broke because I had to flash it. The Rest of my parts look fine so I thin that I just need a replacement. But the Problem is that the PC is around 4+ years old and the current motherboard (GA-970A-D3)
Is hardly anywhere availabe at a good price. So i need a replacement that is relatively cheap because my budget is only around 70-80€.

Specs:
Power supply: Cougar power 700 cgr b2-700
CPU: AMD FX 6100 six core
GPU: AMD HD 7870
Ram: 2x 2x4gb ram
Case: Sumo alpha

Solution
Just to be clear:
The power supply is low-end and output may be much less than you think.
Max current 12 V - Total 30 A
That is 360 watts on the +12v line, much less the advertised 700 watts. I doubt your HD 7870 would run with this power supply.

Ram: 2x 2x4gb ram
Running multiple kits of RAM can cause the PC not to boot. It can also cause one kit to be unable to operate at rated specifications after adding a second kit.

GA-970A-D3 is no longer available.

Solution
That motherboard has a dual BIOS feature, if the main BIOS is corrupted during a flashing operation the backup BIOS should load automatically.
Try to reboot several times, if it fails to boot or POST quickly or normally, wait a few minuets then hard reset it by turning the power off for about 20 seconds then turning it on again and retrying.
