PC won't boot and won't stay on for more than 5 seconds

So PC freezes, I need to force restart, black screen on restart and then PC shuts down. Ever since it won't boot or stay powered on for more than 5 sec. What do I make out of this?

It was rebuilt like 2 days ago and was working perfectly for a day

I5 7400
Gtx 1050 ti
8gbs gskill ripjaws ddr4
Msi b250m motherboard
Cooler master 500w powersupply

My first thoughts go towards the PSU.
I would measure my voltages on the PSU under whatever load the PC is putting on it.
If you don't want to go through that trouble there is always the option of swapping in another PSU...but obviously if it's not the problem, you spent money you didn't need to...but that's where I would focus first. The PSU.
