IF the savings are enough. I would not pay say $25 more for 2400 over 2133. However, if you are only talking $5-$10 more, then why not. Who knows if you find down the road you might want to try streaming or video rendering. Again, faster memory can make a difference but only in rare cases does it actually help in games. If you are running a standard 60Hz 1080p monitor, it will do nothing. However moving up to a faster 1080p G-sync or Freesync 144Hz monitor or a higher resolution one, it can help in games. Also FYI generally, tighter timings (lower) mean more to performance than faster speed.
