Hello,

i figured out that although there are 2 'usb 2.0' ports yet they act as 3.0 in some cases. Problem is that i cannot run specific device which is ONLY compatible with original and not adjusted USB 2.0 port.

I tried to change some settings in BIOS, but I am not an computing engineer, so I do not particularly understand specifics of those words. Maybe you could help me to revert these ports to 'normal' USB 2.0?

Solution
USB 2.0 ports do not act like USB 3.0 ports their USB 2.0 ports.
Have you downloaded all the drivers for the ports?
The Blue ports on the board are not USB 2.0
Most devices are backward compatible what are you trying to use?

Hello, thank you for investigating my problem, but I solved it already. The problem was not the USB port after all, it was the software that runs the device. This device is unfriendly with usb 3.0 ports.

Device is OSW direct drive wheel with SimuCUBE. Downgrade to SimuCUBE software version 0.9.7 solved the problem.
