i7-7700k reaches temps at over 90c during AIDA64 stress test.

I just overclocked my i7-700k to 5.0GHz and when I stress test it with AIDA64 it gets to barely over 90c. Is this okay or should I bring it down to something like 4.8GHz? I have the DeepCool Captain 240 water cooler. I used HWMonitor to check the temps.

Solution
I'd not be comfortable with routine/sustained 90C operation, personally....

What are the temps at stock/default clock speeds under the same load? (My 7700K, with MCE enabled, 4 cores at 4.5 GHz, hits about 66C in Aida64, just a few degrees above BF1 sustained temps; that is when using a Noctua NH-D15 w/24c ambients)
