New PC cant get into windows!!!

I just built a brand new pc and had lots of trouble installing windows first with the computer freezing at the first attempt, then I was unable to even get into the windows installation setup.
I luckily had another pc so I installed windows onto the drive using that PC, and luckily I wound up getting in to the windows screen once then I left the pc for a while and it went to sleep then I went to wake it and to my surprise THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH!
I went to get back into windows but wound up getting the splash screen and the windows loading thing but then the screen goes black, I get a post code beep saying it posted, and then I go in a loop.
I can also get into the bios and it works fine but I can't for the life of me get into windows again.
Please help me guys I've literally been trying to fix this for hours! XD

Specs:
Ryzen 2200g
Asus prime b350m-e (on bios 3803/Latest bios)
400 watt evga psu
1tb western digital green
8gb ddr4 pny anarchy ram
Windows 10

Just to be clear:

1. You built the system
2. You tried to install the OS, but it failed
3. You then took the drive out, put the drive in a different PC, and installed the OS
4. And now it fails to boot up.

2 major issues.

1. Whatever the problem was with the original PC still exists
2. Installing the OS in a different PC and then moving it usually fails to work

You need to figure out what is actually wrong with the original 'new' PC

Ya I realize that, that's my reason for posting this thread to see if anyone has an idea of what the issue could be.
