A300 and a320 does not support overclocking so as said Asus site is wrong.

BTW, if you later decide to upgrade the CPU in say 2019 to an 8-core R7-3800X or whatever note that current motherboards even if OVERCLOCKABLE may not work with later CPU's at full performance.
R3-1200 currently with overclockable capable mobo can sometimes hit 4GHz and gain up to 20% performance boost in some applications over stock.
DDR4 memory bandwidth also matters a lot though varies by application.
