Anker 4 port USB 3.0 powered hub recognizes mouse, BT, but neither of my USB 3.0 sticks???.
Running a laptop, Win10, have 2 USB 3.0 ports on deck. Trying to use the Anker expansion hub to "expand". My mouse, BT, iphone are all recognized using the hub. Neither of my newer USB 3.0 sticks is seen when I use the hub (with power or without). Both of the USB sticks are instantly seen when I plug them directly into the laptop ports. Any ideas??

Laptop, windows 10, two USB3 ports. Everything I have plugged into this hub works perfectly except two newer USB 3.0 sticks. They are different makes, but neither is seen by Windows when I plug them into the hub. Both are recognized when plugged directly into the computer. Any ideas how I can remedy the situation?
