Hello,
The system was running alright, then suddenly blue screen saying '...there was an error... collecting data... then restarting pc...'. This happened when the pc was idle.

After the PC restarted there was this message
'No operating system detected..'

There wasn't any hdd showing in the bios also.

I disassembled, and then reassembled every components like building a new system.

Then windows booted, but the PC suddenly turned completely off during the windows loading icon, and didn't auto restart.
Then pressed the power button again, this time the windows booted.

The HDD is refurbished for you kind information.

Yesterday another non-refurbished HDD became totally undetectable in the bios. I didn't test yet if it also will come back to life.

The symptoms suggest otherwise than HDD fault?

Solution
Yes that drive seems to have hardware damage and needs replacement. The drive motor is probably bad. That alone can cause system crashes and maybe unexpected restarts. Replace that drive and likely you'll be fine. However if you keep having sudden shutdowns or restarts, you have to take a look at the PSU. A bad or failing PSU could damage/kill HDDs and if that's the case, getting a new HDD won't really fix the real cause of the problem. The only way to check the PSU is to test your system with another "good" unit. Good luck.
Please post you complete system specs, your HDDs and especially the PSU. Your issues don't seem to be HDD related but rather power related and hard drive damage could still happen during sudden power losses. Once you are able to boot into windows you must check the smart status of those drives with software like Crystal Disk Info.

It says health status 'Bad'. Here's the CrystalDiskInfo:

System specs:

i5 4570
Gigabyte Z87 HD3
Transcend 4gb, Corsair 4gb; ram
Seasonic S12II [620 2 years]
Samsung 320gb HD322GJ

The 'undetectable' status was because of HDD? The power supply wasn't responsible?
I thought something was killing the HDDs, like electrical interference.

Yes, a damaged HDD that is failing will certainly have detection issues. Also good PSU are designed to minimize electrical interference and provide clean/filtered power to other components in order to prevent hardware damage. On the other hand a bad/failing PSU would feed the various components with "bad" power with more noise and interference which obviously would cause hardware damage in the long run. That's why a good and healthy PSU is essential for the longevity and reliability of every PC system.
