I still got confuse on this thread http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2122665/understanding-temperature-amd-cpus-apus.html. My thermal margin is 60 celsius and the maximum operating temp of this is 71.3 celsius. How do i calculate it i mean seriously i suck at math.

AMD Overdrive ?
It shows a margin to temperature at which processor starts to downclock which is for FX processors about 62c. (Core). So it's about 62c minus whatever it shows. In other words, higher is better.
Also keep in mind that it shows CORE temperature and not "Package" as some other programs do. It's usually up to 20c more than core temp and AMD lists it up to 90c for FX processors. It's similar with Phenom II and Athlon II.
