Most any motherboard with a 300 series chipset will do.
If you budget will permit, I suggest buying a Z370 based motherboard.
It will cost a bit more, but it allows you to upgrade in the future to an overclockable K suffix processor.
All will have the requisite X16 pcie graphics slot.
You will want a quality 500w psu to run a GTX1070.
I might again overprovision the psu a bit to 550w or 650w in order to be able to install a much stronger graphics card in the future.
