Computer restarts frequently without warning

My PC automatically restarts on its own during any normal process without any warning.
Sometimes even with the minimum CPU usage it does so. I am not able to figure out what is the problem! Often when there is a fluctuation , the computer restarts although it is connected to a UPS.
These are my computer specifications:
RAM:4GB +4GB DDR3
GPU:NVIDIA GT730
Processor: INTEL i5
PSU: Corsair 450

Please tell what could be the problem?

Are you monitoring temperatures? It could be thermal throttling/shut down if it's overheating.

Remove the UPS from the equation to test. Directly to the wall, do you get shutdown issues? If not, the problem likely lies with the UPS itself.

I have replaced my UPS but the problem still persists.

CPU Core temperatures would be my first suggestion. That's the one likely to trigger shutdowns ahead of anything else.

Exact temps for good/bad will depend on which specific CPU you have.... and under what circumstances the system shuts down.

For example, if you're idle (at the desktop, nothing open/running) and your temps are high, that's not a good sign

Best idea would just be to take some screenshots and post them here.
