(Ninja) Chinese GPU

Hi ..I bought a Gpu gt 730 a while ago..at that time i didn't knew anything about gpus.so i bought it anyway from a local store ..the thing that i find weird is my gpu's manufacturer ... i googled the brand and found nothing but this site...

this is the same gpu i bought ..but in the gpu box the specs are 1 gb while my gpu is 2gb ..
i checked the core clocks of my gpu from msi afterburn and they same.
Is it a fake Gpu or did they just increased the price
Anyway i bought it for 7.5$

I suppose it's possible - but I think that price is very high for a GT 730. It would be less than half of that in the US.

I wouldn't trust the 300W recommendation. The card itself only draws a maximum of 23W - that's a VERY low power draw. It could EASILY run on a system with a good quality 250W power supply, possibly even less. It's more the total draw of the system that would be a concern. Your CPU, for example, has a max draw of 95W.

Have you tried running GPU-Z to identify all the details of the card?

I have never heard of the Ninja brand. However, see this page for the various specifications - there are 3 different GT 730 models.

It appears that the model you have is the middle one. Note the memory bandwidth values.

Then again, for $7.50, it's hard to complain.

@King_V my bad the price is 70.5$(the price of gigabyte's gt 730 is 7$)...it came with a 12 months warranty..should i return it?...i am from a poor country, i doubt i can find a gigabyte or any other brand's gpu.

I don't know what country you're located in, nor what typical pricing and availability is.

I'm not quite sure of the notation you are using for pricing - are you saying the price was over seventy US dollars? Or was it five dollars and .70?

@King_V yeah and i've been playing csgo with this gpu and core 2 quad q9400 cpu and 240W psu
i'm getting avg 80fps in medium settings..
but whenever i try to play heavy games like Gta V or Fortnite i get playable fps but after 2/3 min the gpu crashes..the gt730 spec says that it needs 300W
Maybe thats the reason or that my Gpu might be fake
