Will Ryzen 5 2400G bottleneck GTX 1060 6G

Okay , so i gotta choose components for my little brothers PC.
All of my knowledge comes from this and a few other forums so i decided to ask here.

1) Will Ryzen 5 2400g bottleneck graphics card like GTX 1060 6gb ?

(pc is supposed to do the work with integrated gpu in 2400g until graphics cards prices lower a
bit more, and then i would pair it with something like 1060 6gb / 1050ti worst case scenario)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2) Never done any OC , would give it a try after studying it a bit , but on what mobo ?

(keep in mind im not willing to pay a lot more than $90-ish for MB, so if thats not possible never
mind)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3) In case i OC it would stock cooler do the job and to what extend ?

(maybe it can handle a bit of overclock ?)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4) Throw some suggestions of AMD graphics equivalent to gtx 970 ;1060 3/6 GB in case i get a
freesync monitor.

(out of amd graphics only higher cost ones in stock in my country for a while now)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

5) Is 16 GB RAM rly a must nowadays , and just how much is memory speed beneficial to Ryzen?

(is it a must have for light gaming , 1080p but adjusted settings like no shadows etc to go 16g
or 8g would be enough , and will 2400mhz be sufficient or should i go 3000mhz? )
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks in advance <3 !

p.s. English might be broken at some points but i did my best :)

Solution
English is fine as long as it puts the point across... :)

1> No bottleneck there. Should be fine.

2> Asus ROG Strix B350-F Gaming... http://goodgamingmotherboard.com/best-b350-ryzen-motherboard/

3> The stock cooler is pretty good for low to medium OC. You might need a better cooler if you want to push extreme clocks.

4> AMD RX570/580 4gb/ 8gb.

5> Ryzen is very picky about RAM even after all the updates... https://www.toptengamer.com/best-ram-amd-ryzen-5-7-cpu/
8gb is bare minimum for gaming. But a lot of current games are hogging RAM in plenty. So during the lifetime of the build you have to upgrade eventually. And buying initially in a pair of matched kit makes it risk free, rather than mixing RAM down the line.

APU will do the job for some time , like a few months up to a year , until gpu prices drop some more ( i saw somewhere that in July there should come some kind of mining cards (not graphic) which would make gpu mining less profitable => make them less expensive ) besides ive got money for 1050 but would like 970/1060 for future

Just 1 more thing : Is memory speed of 3000 soooo much better than 2400 ? he is looking to play games @60fps 1080p 60hz monitor , setting adjusted as i mentioned , no max/ultra/epic. Is that 2400 mhz memory speed going to affect too much fps in comparison to 3000mhz one?

Intel, maybe not so much. But Ryzen, yes it could affect a lot. The Ryzen Infinity Fabric architecture and its speed delivery is directly related to RAM, and faster RAM makes the CPU work faster.
