Those are called PCIe X1 slots. Which is perfect for what you're trying to do. You're going to want to look at adapters that are for N or AC series routers. Asus, and TP-Link are two of my preferred manufactures. What online store are you planning on shopping from? It's hard to give recommendations of price without knowing what vendors you can shop from. Unless you're planning on importing from the US, but then the $40 price you're looking for will be impossible with shipping involved.
i can get it from my country or buy it online , all i need is the Link and the name of the wireless adapter PCIe x1
, about from where will i buy it i can get it from my country there is a huge store provides alot of stuffs probably i can get it from there , now its up to you to give me the recommandations Sir .
I'd look at companies like Asus and TP-Link as my first choices. Netgear also makes a decent card. If you can, find something with an external antenna as that will allow you to fine tune the placement of the antenna for the best signal. But mostly look for good user ratings on the online shops to get an idea of what problems people have run in to.
These two are roughly in the price range in my country that you're looking for and are AC, so if you upgrade your router they'll be ready for the new signal and are backwards compatible with your existing router.
ASUS PCE-AC55BT
ASUS PCE-AC56
For a N series card, I'd look at this one.
TP-LINK TL-WDN4800
If you find a card you like that doesn't have external antenna you can always add either signal boosting antenna or an after market external extender like this

Finlay, what Alabalcho suggested with Ethernet over Powerline adapters, this would be my first choice, but the pricing on those exceed the $40 budget you said you had. But if you decide you're ok with spending more I'd really recommend those. The speed and latency will be better than Wifi.
