After trying to adjust RAM timings a bit in BIOS, my PC will no longer show any input on the monitor, but it is booting. I have a Ryzen 7 1700 on an ASUS X370 PRO board, pls help!
I would clear cmos and start again.... in your case since you cannot post you will need to Reseat the CMOS Battery

I've actually tried using the jumper and removing it for 10 mins, but to no avail :1
pop the battery for 3-4 mins while computer is NOT connected to power (ie disconnect PSu from wall plug)
then put it back the battery then apply power again

Also have tried this. I'm now unsure if I jumped the 2 proper pins, because my manual points to 2 pairs of headers. I'm also now ordering a MOBO speaker which I'm surprised to see ASUS didn't provide.
have you tried to make sure your video card is seated properly (i.e. take it out and plug it back in , also make sure the power connectors to it (if any required) are pulled out and pushed back in place.
