Graphic card fan spins then stops

I have a zotac gtx 1060 graphic cards and it was working perfectly fine till today, the fans start moving then stop after 3 seconds and repeats while i play games.

That's gpu boost 3.0.....dont worry..i have same gpu and it does that all the time....no need tp worry unless there ia stuttering, blue screen etc.. when gameplay is not effected, why u r worrying so much.
