Hi,

I have a GTX 980 and 2 Benq GW2765 monitors. I have had no issues with these until yesterday.

One of the screens has suddenly started running at a lower resolution and the option to set it to the same res as the other screen is gone.

and

http://prntscr.com/j796n1

The only changes were a windows 10 update and the fact that I disconnected my PC to move to a new office. Everything is correctly connected and the screen is operating, just the wrong resolution. Both screens are connected with DisplayPort.

I have tried checking for driver updates, updating to the GTX 980 latest driver, rolling back the driver...all without success.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Martin

According to the image, your 1st display is your primary display. Try setting the second display to Primary display and try that.

If the second monitor still doesn't wake up you've probably got a bad HDMI port on your GPU. Try switching the connectors and see what happens. You could have a dead HDMI port on your 2nd monitor.
