So I went to overclock my pc the other night after having temps of 10c on gou and cpu and badically overall everything. After i did that i knew i did it too much and then the pc went into a boot cycle but now everytime i try to boot my pc it restarts after the bios screen later it started going to bios by itself. I tried doing a EXTREMELY small overclock maybe thinking it would work then. But the settings never saved. Now before this happened everytime i movrd my pc around the house and turn it on it would say bad bios settings. It cant be mobo because thats new and it was just working. Cant be psu or ram because they were tested and worked on other pcs same thing with gpu

It sounds quite possible. If you have a voltmeter you can test the battery. It should read around 3 volts. If you don't have a voltmeter, you can probably get a replacement battery at any store that sells batteries for a few bucks.
