Please download https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy. It'll show you and u what's in your PC. You can C+P. We also need your Power supply Unit's COMPLETE make and model number. 650W psu vs seasonic G-series 650W 80+ Gold psu.

To be able to upgrade to a 1060 you will need a 450Watt or more power supply and a processor that does not bottleneck the graphics card, read here:
