This is my build
AMD FX-6300 3.50GHz/4.1 Turbo 6-Core | 1 TB 7200RPM Hard Drive | AMD 970 Chipset Gaming Motherboard (Not Generic Motherboard)
8GB Gaming Memory 1866 MHz DDR3 with Heat Spreader (Not Generic Memory) | 24X DVD RW Optical | Genuine Windows Professional 10 64-bit
GTX 1050 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card | 1 x DL-DVI, 1 x Display Port 1.4, 1 x HDMI 2.0b | 9 x USB (7 X USB 2.0; 2 X USB3.0)
430 watt power supply

but my computer often completely reboots by itself, I get low framerates on every game and its very slow. When I play PUBG i have everything on very low settings even view distance get 30-40 frames max and when I shoot my game freezes and drops to 10 frames.

Anyone know what I should do, is there anything wrong?

What are the temps like? Did you do a driver update recently? Newest mobo BIOS revision? Download any games from shady websites lately? There could be a lot of software issues causing this, I don't think it's hardware related at this point.

What is the max CPU temp? FX will thermal throttle at 70c usually.

"430 watt power supply"

This is simply not enough, especially if it's a no certified psu.

get a 500w 80+ that should be enough for you.

On the other hand if you don't trust it's your psu the one which is causing the problems

I would get a better cooler for the cpu.

Best of luck.
