Networking Privacy through Team viewer

There is a CISCO firewall in the branch which has 117.x.x.x as gateway and users are connected to this router obtaining IP address through DHCP.The router is connected to internet through an ISP-1 which connects to Head Office. There is an alternate ISP-2 whose gateway is added in the router/firewall of the branch. When ISP-1 is down users connect through ISP-2 (say 10.x.x.x) by using the gateway of ISP-2 as proxy in the browser. ISP-1 connects to internet and intranet through a proxy script that is mentioned under the "use automatic configuration script". Now if a computer from the internet wants to connect to any of the computer of the branch office by using Team Viewer, then is it possible to get a log to get to know who has tried to connect to the computer of the branch from the internet. PRTG is installed in H.O and PRTG can view whether the internet connection at Branch Office is down or up. Is there any software/utility like PRTG or MRTG which can get the information or can it be known from the logs of the firewall whether any body has accessed the computer in branch office from the internet through Team Viewer

In some ways it would be best if teamviewer was completely blocked. The company that runs teamviewer can likely see any traffic going between the 2 end points if they wanted to.

Unless the application has a log I can't see how you can externally tell. To the outside it appears as a open connection to a web site. There is really no way to know if the connection is just open or if it is really being used to connect to another machine. I suppose there would be more traffic when it was being used.

The software will need good logging for anything detailed, like usernames and devices.

If the ports of the established connection are always the same then you might be able to get the ips easily of the internal and remote pc from your outbound connections. You might not be able to get a good system to id the remote ip.
