Hi and thank you in advance for taking the time to read my problem.
My computer started to reboot randomly and spontaneously a few days back. The first day it happened it was late so I didn't bother. The next day it worked fine, I used it the whole day. Then back to randomly rebooting. It could work for an hour, or it could be 4 minutes and reboot 5 times in a row not even booting into BIOS. Already checked if everything is properly seated.

Solution
I wonder, you could get HWINFO and monitor CPU/GPU temperatures... but to be honest at 9 years you have outlasted any normal life span of a PSU.
so your doing something , like web browsing or gaming when it reboots?
usually a reboot without a blue screen of death is an indication of power, check all your connections on your board, as well as how the power cord is seated to the PSU. Then I would run HWINFO and look at the voltage to see if it isn't dipping below what it should be doing (a sign the PSu may very well be on its way out)

I think it's a bit of that, but at the same time it isn't. I just launched Witcher 3, it rebooted. I watch half a youtube video, it reboots. If I leave it just sitting at my desktop screen, it may stay up for 30 mins, or other times 3. It might be the PSU, it's almost 9 years old. I just didn't want to get a new one without rly knowing.
