I overclocked my C2Q Q8300 2.50 GHz to 3.00 GHz and my GT 730 DDR3 128 bits GPU which i increased the clock by +180 and the memory clock by +315 using thundermaster.

My temps for CPU is 71 degrees when running Prime95 blend for 1 hour and the CPU reaches 90 degrees when i play games like watch dogs. I just want to know if my temps are really bad and can shorten or damage the components that is in it.

My motherboard is an ASRock G31M-S btw and i know it has really poor oc options and no voltage control, i even increase pcie frequency by 120 just to reach that 3.00 GHz oc.

Solution
Increasing the bus speed can cause irreparable damage to ALL components, and substantially reduce their life span. Remove the overclock, as your temps are not fine for gaming. Also, consider whether it is worth the performance boost from OC to non-OC. Do you gain a lot of FPS?

I played 7 mins. of watch dogs without overclocking and the fps is 25-30 but a constant fps of 25, sometimes dips at 22 fps. Settings are all lows and a resolution of 1024x768 i remembered a temperature of 60 degrees on the cpu more or less and the highest on 4 of the cores and a gpu temp of 71 degrees more or less.

Played on overclocked for 7 mins, 30-43 fps but a constant fps of 33, sometimes dips at 28 fps, same settings. 70 degrees cpu temp highest 89 degrees gpu temp highest.

If this is the case the best you can do is keep it overlocked, but drop it to x105 max. Extra performance has its price, get the most out of your rig wisely.
