A few days back i tried downloading something from a random torrent, my browser got changed into a russian website, i changed it and no problem occured, then after 10 minutes a pop-up started appearing on my screen every 20-30 minutes or so , it says '' how do you want to open this file'' , when i try to open it with the notepad it says that ''Program.txt was not found , want to create another notepad'' or something similar, i really need help on removing this virus(i think) as fast as possible!

1. Create a bootable antivirus. Try that.

2. Full wipe and reinstall.

malware scan, then system restore back to before you try to pirated content

Have you tried opening your task manager to see if there's anything suspicious in the processes? Once you know what it is, you can jump from there to it's folder and get rid of it.
Also, try downloading Malwarebytes Anti-malware and run a full scan at least twice (it can sometimes catch malware even on 2nd run). Make sure its database is updated before scanning.

This is when you recover from the backup you made before this happened.
Failing that, this is when you do a full wipe and reinstall.

This is not something that can be "fixed" by regular AV tools with any certainty.

i scanned 2-3 times with malwarebytes and tried many other anti-viruses and still nothing detected, nothing suspicious in task manager too.
