High RPM or High Cache???!!!

Not an IT expert but want to know if higher Cache is better or higher RPM with just simple everyday usage like browsing the web, using MS Office suite, that kind of stuff and not for gaming

In such a scenario, should i go Seagate BarraCuda with 5400 rpm 128 MB cache or
WD Black 7200 RPM but 16 MB Cache.

The HGST series of 4 TB NAS drives operate at 7200 rpm, and run about 180 MB/sec in CrystalDiskMark...mine is pretty quiet, even in a front bay loading dock....(i.e., can't hear it spinning, and just barely when accessing it)
Naturally, they cost more than the $40-$60 that WD Black small capacity drives are selling for...
