Different cpu reading in different software?

so there is always 10+ degree difference between AIDA64 "CPU Package" temperature and Asus AI Suite 3 performance and power saving utilities (Its an official software by my motherboard manufacturer)
i think 3rd party softwares cant read 8th gen processors properly or something?
during stress test aida64 says my temp is 84 and asus says its 71.

You could add Intel's Extreme Tuning Utility as an 'arbitrator', which also displays Package Temps, and/or HWMonitor...

offset is normal thing. The sensor is not directly on hottest point (it would disturb cooling). its close enough to have reliable reading though.
Most cpu's have few ways to count this, mostly its something like [temp_displayed=(temp_sensor x 1.03) + 2] multiplier and other value change,
one program displays temp with offset added, second one display directly from sensor

I don't think AI Suite is reading the 'CPU Package' temp, it's reading the 'CPU' temp, at least that's what's happening on my Z97 motherboard.
There are multiple different CPU temp sensors.

guys my cpu temperature is almost always 80 degrees while intense 1080 gaming. im really worried. I have a stock cooler. Is there a way to tweak voltage settings to bring down temp or any other way to do so?
