Considering upgrading from i5 3570 to Ryzen 5 1600.

I have been searching for opinions and I've finally decided to ask some people who knows what they are doing ... so, should I do it ? Will it even be worth it (I will have to change my motherboard and RAMs as well) ? My GPU is GTX 1060 6GB OC.

The difference with a ryzen 5 1600 is small for what it will cost you. I would recommend waiting a couple of years to make a significant jump. On the other hand the I5 3570 is able to support the GTX 1060 6G (except for some poorly programmed games that require large CPU)
