I currently have a gtx 560 ti. Im looking to get a small upgrade to this so i can play warhammer 2 a bit better.

I cant afford much im talking about £60 max ideally less is there anything i could order that would give me a slight boost.

Ive seen the ebay cards for 30-40 from china but have also seen that they are in the majority fake. Im aware of this but do the advertised cards offer an improvement over what i have whether there fake or not?

Came across this: https://www.pcgamer.com/total-war-warhammer-benchmarks-strike-fear-into-cpus/

The weakest CPU they benched there is the i3-4360, and the FX-4170 is supposedly slightly weaker.

CPUs tend to give the minimum frame rates you can run; I suspect it's not running that well at the moment. I saw a mention that a i7-6700k owner struggled with frame rates for it, and the game is heavily dependent upon a single core. The FX processors' single core performance was a weak point unfortunately.

The above benchmark shows there can be gains from a graphics card upgrade, but with the graphics card market as it is and some slight distrust of ebay sellers it makes it even more difficult.
You have two different questions going here.

The GTX 750 ti is marginally better than the GTX 560 ti. Hardly a worthwhile upgrade. The GTX 960 is better than the GTX 560 ti which would be a more worthwhile upgrade.

As for the advertised ones you linked.... The GTX 960 there suggests it has a VGA port which isn't part of Nvidia spec. That suggests it is a fake to me. Would the fake be better than what you already have? Will depend which graphics card it really is.

On an aside, I have my suspicions with Warhammer 2, depending what sort of performance you're getting, could be linked to the CPU.
