i'm going to build a new pc and i was looking for a cheap motherboard for my i5 8400 cpu but all of them are out of my budget so my friend told me to get h110 and updete its bios.

No. That's not a solution. The 8xxx series processors are only compatible with the 3xx series motherboards.
